CRAFTSMANSHIP

the actual building of the software. We prefer being agile and organize our work into two week sprints. Every week starts with a proper sprint planning according to the road-mapping report and it is wrapped up with retrospective meeting. The communication plays a vital role during the project life-cycle, therefore we prefer to better over communicate, prioritize stories and tasks regularly while still being focused on the main scope.
