CHALLENGE WAS
- to create an infrastructure that will enable creation of multiple sub-applications for different sports
- to create an infrastructure that can support huge traffic (hundreds of thousands of concurrent users per second)
- to establish localization mechanism, from app localization to leveraging local resources depending on the usage
- to maintain overseas communication with the client while managing team of web engineers, android engineers, ios engineers and designers
- Transfer users from existing app to the new platform
WHAT WE DID
- Unique web amd mobile design with platform-specific approach
- One-stop iOS codebase from which we can easily create apps for different sports, for iPhone and iPad
- One-stop Android codebase from which we can easily create apps for different Android powered devices and multiple screen sizes
- Mechanism for delivering multiple builds for different platform, different region, different purpose (testing, acceptance, production)
- Painless transfer through AppStore of the existing users from previous apps in the new platform
- After the initial development phase TopYa! Was named an “Official ODP Jersey Partner” for Colorado Soccer Association
- TopYa! launched to Asia-Pacific
- TopYa! Sports App acquired iSoccer
- Numerous partnerships across the globe
